1979 Triumph Bonneville 750cc T140E

Fitted with genuine Triumph Electric Start

This motorcycle has been family owned from new two owners 

​

Matching frame & engine numbers U.K. bike current V5c

​

This motorcycle came in from an elderly gentleman with three other bikes

​

He was unfortunately giving up riding due to his age he had bought the T140 from his brother in 1993

​

His brother owned it from new 

​

Akront alloy rims with stainless spokes twin front discs with Lockheed calipers 

​

This bike has been laid up for a few years due to the prevoius owners health 

​

It has had a new battery fitted new fuel taps & hose carburettors cleaned 

​

Starts & runs with no smoke engine sounds good everything works 

​

May need some further recommissioning due to lack of use in recent years

​

This T140 is in pretty original condition it has not been restored & is showing its age in some areas 

​

As you would expect with a with a 47 year old motorcycle could be improved in places if the new owner wishes 

 

Overall quite a tidy original T140 with electric start
