1978 Triumph T140 V 750cc 5 speed running Project

The previous owner had owned this bike since 1989 & it has been off the road I think since the early 90's

Non matching numbers but match the current V5C orginal transferable registration number

The last MOT was dated December 1988

The previous owner has unfortunately passed away there are quite a few invoices for parts so it looks like he was in the process of

Rebuilding it

Single carb TR7 cylinder head - two into one exhaust

Lester Mag wheels with Grimeca Calipers & twin front disc brakes Hagon rear shocks

With a new battery & a carb clean & some fresh oil the bike started up (running on a remote fuel supply) engine sounds good but does smoke

Has been dry stored for many years oil return is good

I do have a short video of it running if required

Comes with some spares - orginal air boxes fork ears rev counter drive + various other parts

This is great winter project for someone
